RITUALS LOTUS SECRET SCENTED CANDLE

Recently I picked up a few At Home products from Rituals. One of those items was the relaxing scented Lotus Secret candle with White Lotus & Yi Yi Ren. It is one of the scents that Rituals always keeps in its assortment and I'm happy for it. I absolutely love this fragrance. Personally I think this scent can go all year round because it is not flowery nor spicy which can't be said for candles with a typical Summer or Winter perfume. According to the information on the packaging, the Lotus Secret candle should last up to 50 burning hours. Guess I will have to buy a lot more candles the coming months...
On the Rituals website, I found a tip: when you light the candle for the first time, let it burn for at least 2 hours so that the top layer can melt for an even burn. I didn't know that, did you?
By the way did you notice how the white bowl got emptier towards the end of this post? :-D These little round snacks are Tiramisu Pepernoten.  If you're not familiar with the Dutch delicacy pepernoten (literally "pepper nuts"), do yourself a favour and buy some. In short: a Dutch cookie-like kind of confectionery, traditionally associated with the Sinterklaas holiday in the Netherlands on December 5th. My point is: these tiramisu kind are the best. If you can get your hands on some, you're having a lucky day!
All in all these candles are not cheap. Sold for €18,50 is on the expensive side. But if you compare this candle to high end ones from Yankee or Diptique, the Rituals ones suddenly don't seem as pricey. Lotus Secret looks stylish, you definitely wanna put this candle on display. The large glass tumbler is just really pretty. I love how it is white, simple and smells heavenly. What is your favorite Rituals scent?
